Pre-entries close at MIDDAY on Friday 18 May. Late entries available, but R40 surcharge applies (U18s exempt).
Start: 22km – 7am, 12km – 7:30am, 7km – 7:45am.
Walkers welcome on the 7km and 12km courses.
Registration & late entries from 6am – 7:30am. Please arrive with plenty of time to process your registration!

Enjoy quiet pine forests and valley bushveld on purpose-built single track, with magnificent views!
Short course is fairly smooth & flat, while the longer courses have tough, technical climbs.
Although its Winter, it can get hot so protect your skin! Suncream applications on site by Sunumbra.
Shower & pool facilities available for after your run.
Exploring Coffee will be there with their delicious brews, craft cordials from Thirsty Elephant and Ekayise Delicacies will make sure that vegans & meat-eaters are well catered for!

Routes & Profile
The Valley Loop is roughly the 12km course and the Top Loop is roughly the 7km course.
DIRECTIONS
From Howick: Travel on the N3 and take Exit 94 to Hilton. Turn left onto Hilton College Road towards the Life Hospital. Travel straight on this road for approx. 7km to the school gates.
From Durban: Travel on the N3 past Pietermaritzburg and up Town Hill. At the top of Town Hill, turn right onto Hilton College Road over the N3 towards the Life Hospital. Travel straight on this road for approx. 7km to the school gates.
